Frequently Asked Questions

Is the demonstration really free?

Yes. Selected equipment can be evaluated in your laboratory free of charge for up to two weeks, with no obligation to purchase.

How long does the demo last?

Demonstration periods are typically up to 14 days, although this may vary depending on the equipment and application.

Is there any obligation to buy?

No. Our demo programme is designed to help you evaluate whether the equipment is suitable for your requirements before making a purchasing decision.

Which products are available for demonstration?

Availability varies depending on the product, location and demand. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll advise which equipment is currently available.

Can I request more than one product?

Yes. If you are comparing solutions or require multiple pieces of equipment for a project, please include this in your enquiry.

Will someone show us how to use the equipment?

Yes. We can provide basic setup guidance and operational training where required. For more complex systems, installation and commissioning can also be arranged to help ensure a smooth and successful evaluation.

Can we test the equipment using our own samples?

Absolutely. We encourage customers to evaluate equipment using their own samples, methods and workflows to ensure the results are relevant to their application.

What happens after the demo period ends?

Once your evaluation is complete, we'll discuss your experience, answer any questions and review the results with you. If you'd like to proceed, we'll be happy to provide a quotation. If not, we'll simply arrange for the equipment to be returned. There is no obligation to purchase.

What if the equipment isn't suitable for our application?

That's exactly why we offer demonstrations. The trial allows you to assess performance within your own environment before making an investment decision.
