PT Wireless
Precise temperature and pH measurement
PT Wireless is the consistent solution for digital, wireless temperature and pH measurement in the laboratory.
As an intelligent, wireless sensor, it reliably transmits measured values to compatible IKA devices and software solutions – ensuring maximum flexibility and seamless integration into modern laboratory workflows.
Compatible with devices from the new series: RET basic, Eurostar control, RCT basic (wired, or wireless with USB WD)
Product comes with 2+8 Year warranty
PT Wireless measures temperature and pH values and transmits them wirelessly or, alternatively, via USB‑C to IKA magnetic stirrers (latest‑generation RCT basic and RET basic), EUROSTAR control (latest generation), the laboratory software LWS, and directly to the IKA App. Using the app, measured values can be displayed in real time – without the need for an additional display or operating element on the sensor itself.
Both temperature and pH values can be calibrated directly via the app, ensuring simple, precise and reproducible adjustment to laboratory requirements.
pH measurement is performed by connecting a pH electrode directly to the integrated BNC interface, eliminating the need for an external pH meter.
With a battery life of up to 150 hours, a robust design with IP54 protection class, and exchangeable temperature probes, Pt.Wireless is designed for continuous laboratory operation. Compatibility with labworldsoft® lab software additionally enables centralized data acquisition and supports transparent, reproducible processes.
To further increase operational safety, PT Wireless features a multi‑level battery status warning via the integrated LED indicator.
When the remaining operating time falls below 70 hours, the LED provides a visual indication that safe operation over a weekend can no longer be ensured.
At a critical remaining operating time of approximately 20 hours (below the level for safe overnight operation), the LED changes to a slowly blinking yellow warning signal, clearly indicating a low battery status.
