The easy-to-use ColorFlex EZ Tomato is specifically designed to accurately measure the colour of tomato in its every processed form – paste/purée, sauce, ketchup, juice, as well as fresh tomatoes. This accuracy is achieved by using 45º/0º optical geometry, the only measurement technology proven to measure colour the way the human eye sees it.
