The spear-shaped sensor tip has been designed for easy piercing of solid and semi-solid samples like meat, cheese, ready meals, fruit and vegetables.

The clog-free open junction eliminates the risk of protein fouling. Suitable for samples with high protein content such as cheese, meat or seafood.

Due to the solid XEROLYT® EXTRA polymer reference system, there is no need to refill the electrolyte.
