Bacillus cereus Selective Agar

Selective solid medium for the enumeration of Bacillus cereus in food, according to ISO 21871 and NMKL 674 Standards. This medium needs add 50 mL/L of Egg Yolk Sterile Emulsion (Art. No. 06-016) and 2 vials/litre of Polymyxin B Sulfate (Art. No. 06-021LYO1).
