About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team from our Whitstable office. You’ll play a key role in preparing accurate quotations, managing customer enquiries, maintaining CRM records, and supporting our Sales Managers and Direct Sales Representatives.
What You’ll Do
Prepare professional quotations in Odoo CRM with accurate pricing, taxes, discounts, and delivery charges.
Manage customer enquiries and communicate quotation status clearly.
Maintain up-to-date customer and product records, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and product information.
Perform quality checks on all quotations and assist with audits.
Participate in training and suggest improvements to sales processes.
What we are looking for:
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in sales administration or customer service, ideally in scientific or technical sectors.
• Proficient in CRM or ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Professional, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
