Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after:

for goods: the day you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods
for services: the day the contract is concluded

To withdraw from your order, please follow these steps:

Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request, including the date and time it was submitted.

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your request by email without delay
You will receive confirmation of your withdrawal request on a durable medium (email)
We will process any refund due within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request

For goods:

You must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

Your right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Digital content that has been fully delivered with your prior consent
