Returns & EU Withdrawal Policy

1. EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

 

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

  • For goods: the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods 

  • For services: the day the contract is concluded

To withdraw:

  1. Enter your order details

  2. Submit your withdrawal request

  3. Confirm your request 

 

You will receive an email confirming receipt, including the date and time of your request.

 

Effects of Withdrawal

 

If you withdraw:

  • You will be refunded all payments, including standard delivery costs

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of your withdrawal request

  • We may withhold your refund until goods are returned or proof of return is provided 

 

You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us.

 

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

 

Exceptions

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made items 

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened

  • Digital content supplied with your prior consent 

 

2. 30-Day Returns Policy (All Customers)

You may request a return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

5. Non-Returnable Items

7. Shipping Costs
