Provides an alternative method of connecting components that may be difficult to align (up to 15? from vertical alignment), or where a flexible joint is required instead of a more rigid conical joint that could come under strain and break.
The inner surface of the joint has a leakproof super fine ground finish
This type of joint is easier and quicker to separate than a conical (cone & socket) joint
These spherical joints are manufactured with an approximate shank length of 100mm
