The Hazelnut Protein ELISA Kit is a microwell sandwich ELISA, used for the quantitative analysis of low levels of hazelnut residues in food products, ingredients, clean in place (CIP) rinses and environmental swabs in a 96 well format. The quantity of protein in the sample can be extrapolated from the standard curve, constructed from standards of know concentration, and adjusted to consider the sample dilution.
