About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Sales Manager to drive market growth for our exclusive IKA and Erweka product lines across Nigeria.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of laboratory, pharmaceutical, or industrial processes, combined with proven sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales growth for IKA (mixing & processing equipment) and Erweka (pharma QC testing systems).
Build strong relationships with pharmaceutical, academic, research, and industrial clients.
Conduct sales visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver weekly/monthly sales updates.
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support strategic planning.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery.
What we are looking for:
• Degree in a scientific or technical field (preferred).
• 3+ years’ experience selling laboratory or industrial equipment.
• Strong technical understanding of laboratory workflows and/or pharmaceutical QC.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Highly organised and self motivated.
