About the Role
- 1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage staffing vendors, update job requirements, and oversee onboarding.
2. Manage employee relations, grievances, and counselling through meetings.
3. Ensure legal HR compliance, conduct investigations, and maintain records.
4. Keep employee systems updated for wages, benefits, and leave.
5. Advise managers on performance management processes and improvement plans.
6. Administer performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and recommend training.
7. Evaluate and maintain competitive employee benefits and pay structures.
8. Oversee office administration, budgets, and vendor selection.
9. Organize office events, track special projects, prepare reports, letters, documents and management presentations.
10. Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
11. Other duties as and when required.
Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar role.
Degree in Human Resources or relevant field, or CIPD membership will be an added advantage.
Solid knowledge of HR and payroll legislations.
Excellent communication abilities and leadership skills.
Experience in supporting managers across a variety of departments at different levels in all aspects of HR and training.
